Order Confirmation

Once an order has been placed you will automatically receive an email confirmation outlining your order number, receipt number, products purchased and value of goods. 

Editing your order

Once your order has been placed you are unable to edit it. Please ensure you select your products and enter in your delivery address and payment details carefully. Should you need to change your order please contact enquiries@dmcsport.com.au as soon as possible.

Events Beyond Our Control

DMC Sport shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so, or for any damage to goods delivered, which is caused by any event or circumstance beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, strikes, lock-outs and other industrial disputes, breakdown of systems or network access, flood, fire, explosion or accident or event deemed to be a force majeure.

Delivery Times

We dispatch all orders from our warehouse in Auckland within 24 hours (business days) of receiving payment.  Delivery of your parcel can be expected within 1-2 business days from dispatch in Auckland, 3-4 business days all other locations in NZ. International shipping locations may take longer. Please contact us directly for shipping information relating to specific countries. Certain circumstances may cause the delivery of your order to be delayed, so please allow up to 14 business days for your order to arrive. In the event that you do not receive your order within the specified times above, we recommend that you check your local post office as your parcel may have been redirected without notice. Alternatively you can contact the DMC Sport team directly at enquiries@dmcsport.com.au for assistance. You will receive ownership of the goods upon their delivery to you.

Free shipping is available on most products with in NZ. Charges apply for international shipping

Lost in transit?

We use reliable mailing services throughout NZ, however mishaps sometimes do occur. All items are checked thoroughly before packaging with care. Should a package be delayed, arrive damaged or not at all, please contact us promptly so we can discuss the issue by emailing enquiries@dmcsport.com.au. All goods are sent with the greatest care. DMC Sport is not liable for any damage that is caused during the delivery process. Any claims please email enquiries@dmcsport.com.au and we will be happy to assist you in the unlikely event.
